A burst geyser is an emergency. Close the geyser isolation valve if you can reach it safely, switch the geyser off at the distribution board, and call us.
We drain and remove the failed unit, check the tray and overflow that should have carried the water away, and quote on a replacement before installing.

Installations are done to SANS requirements with the correct safety valves, drip tray and overflow so the installation passes inspection and protects the ceiling below.
Fluctuating hot water, banging pipes or water spitting from the overflow is usually a pressure control issue rather than the geyser itself. We check incoming pressure, the pressure control valve and the balance between hot and cold supply.
